Overview

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to oversee revenue optimization and pricing strategies within a growing travel organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage contract setups, ensure compliance with service standards, and drive margin performance across multiple sales channels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of pricing strategies and commercial policies.
  • Oversee coordination and accurate setup of sales contracts with external partners.
  • Monitor revenue metrics and analyze performance against established targets.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of revenue-related requests within agreed service levels.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data-driven revenue analysis and decision making.
  • Experience in the travel or tourism sector, covering both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for advanced data handling.
  • Familiarity with travel-related products such as transfers and activities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
