About this Position

As a Pricing & Product Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting pricing strategies and driving profitability across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and ensure effective price execution.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed pricing analysis to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Analyze price impact and margin performance to support regional pricing strategies.
• Monitor margin control by identifying pricing trends, cost changes, and discounting patterns.
• Support the execution of pricing processes aligned with business goals and policies.
• Collaborate with the Central Pricing Team to develop and implement pricing tools, dashboards, and models.
• Deliver insights to guide pricing decisions across regional product lines.
• Track governance elements such as discounts, rebates, and surcharges to ensure compliance.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders regionally and globally.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports to measure pricing performance.
• Collect and interpret market data to inform pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
• Provide global analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices, pricing gaps, and harmonization opportunities across regions.

What makes you a good fit

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in pricing, controlling, or a related field.
• Strong skills in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and Advanced Excel (including Macros).
• Academic background in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or MBA is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English is mandatory.
