Job Description

This pivotal role involves identifying relevant data sources available internally or externally, extracting and processing data to make it usable by business users for decision‑making purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Identification: Collaborate with various teams to identify relevant data sources for business intelligence needs.
  • Data Extraction and Processing: Extract, clean, and process data to ensure it is accurate and usable for business analysis.
  • Reporting: Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to provide insights to business users.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data processes and implement solutions.
Job Responsibilities
  • Compile, analyze, and enhance various reporting deliverables to support the Analytics & Insights Unit.
  • Maintain database information in MS Excel, ensuring consistency and accuracy amidst changing needs.
  • Provide proactive analytics and insights to support decision‑making processes.
  • Support resource planning, tracking, and insights for the technology organization.
  • Assist in analyzing performance versus plan and financial forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data‑related role.
  • Proficiency in data processing, logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL and working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms, especially Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and financial formulas.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders globally.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
