Overview

Medical Modernization & Strategic Partnership Engagement is based in the GBS in Mexico, Mexico City.

Are you passionate about digital content management in a highly regulated environment where attention to detail and collaboration are key? If so, this Medical Digital Content Coordinator role within Novo Nordisk in GBS Mexico could be for you.

Responsibilities
  • Upload, organise, and maintain approved materials in Veeva Vault MedComms and SharePoint, ensuring accurate metadata, version control, naming conventions, and approval status.
  • Prepare digital materials for Medical and Legal review, track project requests, approval cycles, and follow up with stakeholders to keep timelines on track. Document MMRC Editorial Meetings, track job numbers, and ensure alignment of status and comments.
  • Maintain a central document for all digital requests, approvals, jobs, status, and execution. Ensure guidance standards are met and jobs are easily tracked throughout the process.
  • Act as the point of contact for content status updates, proactively identify delays, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and timeliness.

The team covers 194 countries and serves a broad global population, with thousands of colleagues focused on delivering outcomes across medical affairs. The Medical Modernization & Strategic Partnership Engagement team is based in GBS Mexico. Our team is dedicated to driving innovation and operational excellence in Medical Affairs, ensuring the delivery of trusted medical information that enhances patient outcomes and strengthens stakeholder relationships. The environment emphasizes collaboration and leveraging technology to achieve the mission.

Your Skills And Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content coordination, regulatory documentation, or administrative support, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare settings.
  • Strong proficiency in Veeva Vault workflows (uploading, tagging, tracking, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English
