Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Puebla city:

Assistant with experience in logistics, imports, and purchasing, with an administrative focus, to support the area’s daily operations and strategic supplier management, including technical purchases.

Main Responsibilities
  • Tracking and administrative control of invoices and payments.
  • Support in purchasing processes, from requisition to receipt of materials and services.
  • Coordination and tracking of imports and international shipments.
  • Sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with local and international suppliers, including technical components.
  • Maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders.
  • Generating purchase orders and managing the ERP system.
  • Controlling inventory related to purchases and supporting demand forecasting.
  • Procurement: Researching vendors, obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders (POs), negotiating prices, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Logistics: Arranging incoming/outgoing shipments, tracking deliveries, coordinating with carriers, and managing customs clearance if applicable.
  • Administration: Updating databases, maintaining accurate records, resolving invoicing/shipping discrepancies, and managing related paperwork.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or related field in logistics, administration, industrial engineering, international trade, purchasing, or related areas.
