Formación

Where you will work: Querétaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O' Donnell

What you’ll do:
  • Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) training records for all sites across Autoliv Americas.
  • Prepare data in the appropriate format for mass uploads and scheduled reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for the LMS, including user account management, course content updates, and system configuration.
  • Actively participate in the LMS Regional Superuser Team and assist the Systems Administrator with ad hoc projects such as system upgrades, process improvements, and data cleansing.
  • Collaborate with sites in Mexico to prepare and submit required documentation through designated compliance platforms (e.g., SIRCE) or government portals.
  • Utilize the LMS and other learning technologies to administer, track, and evaluate training programs and participant progress.
  • Support training event coordination, including customized training sessions, event planning, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
What is required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, IT or equivalent
  • Proven experience with Learning Management System Administration
  • Proven English skills are required (conversational & written), Portuguese is considered a plus
  • Experience with SIRCE requirements & Power BI considered a plus
  • Savvy in managing Excel
