A global automotive solutions provider in San Nicolás de los Garza is seeking an SAP ECP Specialist. This role involves implementing and maintaining the SAP Employee Central Payroll module, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support for stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of experience with SAP ECP, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. JOB SUMMARY

An SAP ECP Specialist is responsible for implementing / maintaining the SAP Employee Central Payroll module. This role involves configuring payroll processes, support in the compliance with regulations, and integrating the payroll system with other external systems. The profile works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provides support and troubleshooting.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

  • Lead / assist in the implementation of the SAP Employee Central Payroll module for new legal entities.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Employee Central Payroll system for the current legal entities in scope.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Configure payroll processes, including pay structures, benefits, deductions, and tax setups.
  • Customize the system to meet specific business requirements.
  • CFDI Process and support.

REQUIRIMENTS

A degree in fields such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.

Not required.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.

Experience with SAP ECP:

  • +2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Knowledge of Mexican payroll is essential.
  • Knowledge of payroll practices in Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, or any other Latin American country is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payroll-related system integrations and data migration.
