A global media agency in Mexico City is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor. The role involves talent acquisition and management, monitoring HR processes, and building strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of progressive HR experience and proficiency in relevant HR tools. This position offers a hybrid work model and excellent benefits.

OMG, invites you to join our team as HR Business Partner (Hub US), who will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees within the U.S. Nearshoring Hub, based in Mexico City. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and HR practices, driving initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, development, performance management, organizational culture, and cross-border collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Bilingual – Advanced English (B2-C1) and Spanish (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience. At least 3 years in a Business Partner role or equivalent, preferably in multinational environments. Exposure to U.S. HR practices and cross-border collaboration highly desirable.
