A technology solutions company is seeking a Manager of Sales Engineering to lead a team of Sales Engineers. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of pre-sales experience in SaaS and a strong understanding of value-based selling frameworks. You will ensure the delivery of impactful product demonstrations and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

About the Role:
As a Manager of Sales Engineering, you will lead and support a team of high-performing Sales Engineers partnering with Mid-Market Account Executives to drive revenue growth through technical expertise, compelling product demonstrations, and value-based selling. Reporting to the Director of Solution Engineering, you'll foster a collaborative, high-impact team culture that thrives on customer-centricity, clear communication, and deep product knowledge.
