Job Description

• Manages and supervises the Quality Operations org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Operations
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Operations
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
• Prepares, Plans, Allocates, Monitors the achievement of budget / costs
• Decides to stop production to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes / products
• Ensures the compliance of the systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency
• Knowledge of quality processes, quality systems, and their application to production processes
• Experience in internal and external audits
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in quality and continuous improvement
