A sustainable design firm in Guadalajara seeks an experienced GRAPHIC DESIGNER. The ideal candidate will have a global mindset and proven skills in creating visual concepts for international campaigns across digital channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong attention to detail are crucial. This position involves aligning deliverables with the company's culture and maintaining brand assets. Candidates should be able to collaborate with international teams, and advanced English skills are required.

Formación

  • 1 year of experience (internships, freelance, or first full-time role).
  • Proficiency in graphic design skills with creativity.

Overview

GRAPHIC DESIGNER We're looking for talent with proven experience across global brands, agencies, and production.

Location: Guadalajara (required).

Responsibilities
  • Create visual concepts for international communication campaigns (US & EU) and adapt them across digital channels and client-facing materials.
  • Develop content that translates into audiovisual deliverables (still & video) for social media, website, email marketing, and other paid/owned channels—always aligned with our visual identity.
  • Design internal communications materials that reflect Green Is Good's culture and spirit.
  • Maintain and update templates and brand assets by season and campaign needs.
Qualifications
  • Global mindset and multicultural sensitivity to collaborate with international teams and clients.
  • Advanced English level, B2 or higher; 1 year of experience (internships, freelance, or first full-time role).
  • Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint or Google Slides, and tools like Mailchimp.
  • Proficiency in graphics and graphic design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
