A logistics company in Tijuana is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee outbound freight operations, ensuring efficient delivery processes and communication with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business with relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires strong customs and international shipping expertise, along with effective communication skills. Limited travel may be required.

Formación

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to anticipate consequences and interpret decision procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure LTL shipments are loaded and delivered efficiently.
• Monitor shipments until completion and respond to inquiries.
• Data entry for customs and validate documentation as needed.
• Manage returns and pickups in Case Center.
• Track and trace deliveries, obtaining proof as needed.

Conocimientos

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Multi-discipline transportation experience

Strong communication skills

Adaptability to changing business conditions

Strong Customs and International Shipping experience

Experience in logistics and call center operations

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or related field
