The role involves achieving sales targets, providing excellent after-sales service, and participating in training. • Relevant sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete day-to-day sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Produce a Weekly Activity Plan based on previous performance.
• Provide necessary after-sales service to customers.
• Implement best practices as per Direct Sales handbook.
• Participate in corporate AML training.

How you will make an impact

• Complete day-to-day sales activities target including but not limited to prospecting, submission and customer visit, etc.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales target
• Produce a regular Weekly Activity Plan after reviewing last week’s sales performance against goals and objectives
• Maintain timely premium collection
• Provide necessary after-sales service to the customer
• Implement Direct Sales best practices as per Direct Sales handbook
• Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc.
• Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.

What you’ll need to succeed

• College graduate or above
• The relevant sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hard-working, energetic and be able to work under pressure
• Open-minded, and self-motivated
• Good to team work across various dept.
• With the experience of working overseas or foreign trade industry or doing overseas projects is preferred
