We are seeking a Corporate Development / M&A Senior Advisor / Director to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

NTT DATA's Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership team to identify, structure and execute targeted merger and acquisition and investment opportunities in support of its broader corporate strategy.

We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Development Senior Advisor as we continue to build out the team as part of a high performing group that partners with Senior leaders to execute its strategic agenda. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and possesses a high level of financial acumen, combined with an ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical part of the growth strategy at NTT DATA, with high exposure across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the M&A life cycle including origination, business case, due diligence and transaction execution
• Lead financial modeling, valuation and analysis and due diligence of potential acquisition targets
• Partner with other team members of the Corporate Development team and senior leadership in support of executing our M&A strategy
• Monitor, analyze and report on industry trends, competitor activity that may inform strategic decisions
• Prepare Investment Committee and Board of Directors materials for presentation of investment opportunities
• Support post-closing periodical reporting requirements and monitoring acquisition performance and realization of growth targets

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in M&A, Corporate Development or Finance / Accounting (with a focus on Valuation) related roles with a focus on corporate transactions
• Proven analytical capabilities and extensive financial modeling skills and an understanding of valuation methodologies and broader financial analysis
• Proactive and self driven with ability to work in high growth / fast paced environment, managing multiple projects
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to perform complex analysis
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools

Basic Experience Requirements

• 5+ years prior on the job experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting/Finance (with a focus on corporate valuation at large Big 4 type firm), or related position
• Bachelor's, or equivalent Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (Preferred)
