Formación

Job Description

On behalf of our client a newly established and regulated brokerage we are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead business growth across LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships expanding the Introducing Broker (IB) ultra / high net worth (U / HNW) clients & affiliate network and promoting the companys services across the LATAM market.

Location

Remote (Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Argentina & Brazil).

Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit and manage IBs affiliates and partners in Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Argentina (Spanish-speaking) & Brazil (Brazil‑speaking).
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos and conferences in Asia.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on local market trends, competitors and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, Payments) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor business performance in the region and prepare reports for management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business development within the Forex / Financial services / iGaming sector.
  • Proven track record in developing IBs / affiliates in the LATAM region.
  • Fluent in English plus one of the following: Spanish (for Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Argentina) or Portuguese (Brazil). Having both Spanish & Portuguese is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel across LATAM when required.
