A leading global delivery platform is seeking an IT Technical Support professional in Mexico City. You will maintain user workstations and office IT equipment, coordinate procurement processes, and ensure network connectivity. Ideal candidates have a degree in IT or related fields, and 1-2 years of experience in support roles. Competence in English and familiarity with networking and AV systems is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary between $12,000 and $15,000 per month, along with various benefits, including meal vouchers and health coverage.

About the role:

• Resolve technological issues and provide support to staff to ensure the efficient operation of systems, software, and hardware, thereby maximizing productivity.

What you will do:

• Maintain and support office User's Workstation (PC/Laptop) and various Office IT Equipment life-cycle and availability
• Handle Procurement process for IT Equipment / Project-based on ISO Audit Standard
• Coordinate and maintain office Meeting Rooms VC and AV System Setup
• Coordinate with Telecom Service Vendors to ensure Offices Telco Circuits availability (Internet, IDAP, ISDN, PSTN or etc)
• Coordinate and troubleshoot for Office Structured Cabling System
• Maintaining Office Network Connectivity and coordinating with the Network team for Network Infrastructure Design and Build Troubleshooting, and Maintenance (WAN, Firewall, L3/L2 LAN, WiFi System …)
• Maintaining UPS System Operation
• Daily System Administration and support (Accounts creation, termination, etc…)
• Documentation (Inventory, IT Drawings, IT-related documentation)
• Troubleshooting for IT Equipment and inquiries of users
• Communication with IT Vendors in various categories

To be part of our team, you’ll need:

• Degree or certificate holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Qualification in CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCP, and MCITP… is an advantage
• Experienced in Procurement Procedure for IT Equipment and vendors / ISP communication
• Experienced in Google WorkSpace is an advantage
• 1 - 2 years of solid experience in IT Technical Support, System Administration
• Experienced and knowledgeable in Networking (Firewall, Core/Access Switching, etc…), On Perm / Cloudbase Server and IP/Cloud PABX System Concept, Connection, and Installation
• Solid experience in AV VC System Concept, Design, and Technical Troubleshooting
• Experience in MacOS/Windows Installation, Administration, and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of IT Server/Comms Room Infrastructure and Structured Cabling System
• Basic understanding of ITIL
• Good communication skills in English

$12,000 - $15,000 a month
