We're looking for an Account Executive – Specialist in Fuel and Fleet Solutions to lead the growth of Clara Combustible in Mexico. This role blends business development, sales, and product strategy to position Clara as the preferred solution for companies managing vehicle fleets.
You will:
Lead the go-to-market strategy for Clara Combustible, targeting companies with fleet operations.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying strategic opportunities and driving direct sales.
Collaborate with the commercial team to promote product adoption and close deals.
Act as the product expert, providing feedback to product and tech teams to enhance Clara Combustible based on customer insights.
Serve as a fleet consultant for existing clients, ensuring effective product implementation and usage.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within the fuel and mobility industry.
Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform Clara's positioning and offerings.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
3+ years of experience in commercial roles, product strategy, or business development within fintech, payments, fleet, or fuel industries.
Proven experience in the fuel payment and fleet management industry (e.g., Up Sí Vale, Edenred, OXXO Gas, Shell Card, TotalEnergies).
Deep understanding of the corporate fleet ecosystem, including market challenges and opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to drive direct sales and support commercial teams in deal closures.
Strategic and consultative mindset with experience in go-to-market strategies and B2B product growth.
Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to fast-changing environments. j
Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn it.
Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python.
Interest in AI tools to automate workflows.
A good sense of humor.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home.
