A leading automotive company located in San Luis Potosí is seeking motivated graduates for their AcceleratiON program. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in High Voltage Battery Production. Responsibilities include supporting product integration, managing process changes, and conducting data analysis. Formación

• 4+ months of international experience (studies, practical experience, work & travel).
• 1+ years of experience preferred, seeking recent graduates with less than one year of post‑graduation experience.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support joining processes during product integration.
• Manage product and process changes for High Voltage Battery Generation 6.
• Monitor process data related to joining and testing processes.
• Eliminate complex faults in partnerships with methods, process planning, and production teams.
• Analyze big data from production; maintain PowerBi-Dashboards.

What awaits you?

• Supporting, enabling, and securing joining processes during product integration, as well as managing incoming product and process changes within the scope of High Voltage Battery Generation 6 at the site, supporting the function “High Voltage Battery Production Generation 6.”
• Responsible for transferring reference parameters (process specifications) to series systems, ensuring compliance and proper documentation during series operation, in alignment with the function “High Voltage Battery Production.”
• Responsible for continuous monitoring of process data related to the relevant joining and testing processes.
• Provide support to methods, process planning, maintenance, and production teams in eliminating complex faults.
• Performing big data analysis from production data, maintenance of PowerBi-Dashboards.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Mechatronic, Chemistry, Mechanic, Electric or a related field.
• Readiness for an international career.
• 4+ months of international experience (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
• 1+ years of experience.
• We are seeking recent graduates with less than one year of post‑graduation work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation skills, and data calculation abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

• Experience in electrical and mechanical design of machines.
