Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
    • Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
  2. Customer & Partner Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
    • Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
  3. Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
    • Track and report on regional performance metrics.
    • Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
  4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
    • Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and local teams to align sales efforts.
    • Provide feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  2. Strong decision-making skills, able to handle complex situations and urgent issues effectively.
  3. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  4. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.
  5. Ability to work with clear objectives, promote team collaboration, accept overseas travel, and preferred overseas work experience.
