• Coordinate and inspire the production team, promoting a synergic and goal-oriented work environment.
• Control and optimize the resources, promoting improvements in individual production processes.
• Take responsibility for results and key performance indicators (KPIs), respecting overall efficiency levels, as well as Quality and Service levels
• Critical reading of the scorecard indicators regarding Safety, Productivity and Quality

Education: University master degree - Industrial/Mechanical engineering

Professional background

• At least 3-5 years' experience in similar roles (Production Manager), preferably in the metalworking sector, in a multinational context.
• Knowledge and application vs Safety and Health management system
• Advanced knowledge vs Production Management processes
• Knowledge and contribution vs Plant Annual AOP and Rolling Forecast definition (Headcount)
• Considered as a plus:

• Excellent levels of organization (Timing and Consistency)
• Autonomy and good decision-making skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Dynamism and flexibleworkingtime
• Accuracy, reliability and sense of responsibility
