Position Summary

We’re looking for a Production Manager in Reggio Emilia location. The candidate will report to Operations Manager and will be part of the Operations Team, managing the entire production process, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Main opportunities and challenges:
Opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment, to be part of all the most advanced processes underlying Production and Logistics Management. Integration and close collaboration with different actors and company functions, with a 360 vision of the main indicators and company processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and inspire the production team, promoting a synergic and goal-oriented work environment.
  • Control and optimize the resources, promoting improvements in individual production processes.
  • Take responsibility for results and key performance indicators (KPIs), respecting overall efficiency levels, as well as Quality and Service levels
  • DOS for Work Place Organization
  • Critical reading of the scorecard indicators regarding Safety, Productivity and Quality

Job Position Requirements

Education: University master degree - Industrial/Mechanical engineering

Professional background

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in similar roles (Production Manager), preferably in the metalworking sector, in a multinational context.
