A vibrant community organization in Italy seeks a Community & Social Experience Lead to enhance connections among residents and manage social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, social content creation, and be fluent in Italian and English. This position offers an annual salary of €35,000 plus a performance-based bonus, housing unit, and meals as part of the compensation package.

CoLivingOne is a new CoLiving model created to bring people, stories, and professional paths together under one roof. It is not just a place to live: it is an intentional community designed to offer connection, personal growth, creativity, and everyday wellbeing.
We launched our MVP in Rimini at the beginning of 2025, rapidly validating the model and building the first real community dynamics. CoLivingOne integrates curated physical spaces, community activities, smart technologies, and a modern digital ecosystem. The role we are seeking will be the heart and primary reference point of our community.
Lead the community experience—both physical and digital—by creating connection, wellbeing, and participation within the CoLiving environment and across online channels (Instagram, TikTok, Discord). The role combines informal education, community building, relational development, and strategic digital content management.
