About Us – CoLivingOne

CoLivingOne is a new CoLiving model created to bring people, stories, and professional paths together under one roof. It is not just a place to live: it is an intentional community designed to offer connection, personal growth, creativity, and everyday wellbeing.

We launched our MVP in Rimini at the beginning of 2025, rapidly validating the model and building the first real community dynamics. Today we are expanding across several Italian and international cities, including Faenza, Bologna, Milan, and Lugano. Our mission is to create an environment where local residents, remote workers, international students, and professionals can live intelligently and sustainably, share meaningful experiences, find inspiration, and feel part of something bigger.

CoLivingOne integrates curated physical spaces, community activities, smart technologies, and a modern digital ecosystem. The role we are seeking will be the heart and primary reference point of our community.

Role Mission

Lead the community experience—both physical and digital—by creating connection, wellbeing, and participation within the CoLiving environment and across online channels (Instagram, TikTok, Discord). The role combines informal education, community building, relational development, and strategic digital content management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Community Leadership
    • Foster positive dynamics and a welcoming atmosphere within CoLivingOne.
    • Organize events, workshops, educational activities, social moments, and team-building sessions.
    • Monitor the psychological and relational wellbeing of residents.
    • Support residents through difficult situations, promote dialogue, and help manage disagreements.
    • Encourage personal and professional growth through educational initiatives.
    • Ensure alignment with project values: Community, Innovation, Sustainability, Inclusion.
  2. Onboarding & Experience Design
    • Design the onboarding process for new residents.
    • Promote an immediate sense of belonging.
    • Curate activities and experiences that enhance the living quality within CoLivingOne.
  3. Social Media & Content Strategy
    • Develop creative strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
    • Produce original and brand-aligned content.
    • Analyze metrics, optimize campaigns, and prepare periodic reports.
    • Collaborate with influencers and partners.
  4. Digital Community Management (Discord + Metaverse)
    • Manage and grow the Discord community.
    • Develop and moderate digital conversations and events.
    • Update and maintain the metaverse events database.
    • Identify trends, digital opportunities, and innovative events.
  5. Analysis, Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    • Collect feedback through surveys, conversations, and direct observation.
    • Analyze community climate and propose concrete improvements.
    • Monitor KPIs related to participation, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Design new formats and initiatives based on data.

Ideal Profile
  • Degree preferred in Psychology, Education Sciences, Sociology, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in community management, CoLiving, co-working, or group management.
  • Experience in social content creation.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Strong alignment with CoLiving values and the vision of CoLivingOne.
Success Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number and quality of monthly events.
  • Active resident participation ( >70%).
  • Overall satisfaction (quarterly surveys).
  • Resident renewal rate.
  • Growth of digital communities.
  • Effectiveness in conflict resolution.
  • Number of ideas and initiatives proposed by residents.
Compensation
  • Fixed Salary: Annual RAL of €35,000.
  • Variable Bonus: Performance-based bonus linked to KPIs such as community satisfaction, participation rate, digital engagement, and community growth.
  • Housing Included: One housing unit within CoLivingOne.
  • Meals Included: Meals provided as part of the compensation package.
