Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Strong performance in fast-paced kitchen settings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to standards and recipes.
- Manage a section of the kitchen ensuring quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the head chef and other team members for timely service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health regulations.
- Train and support junior team members.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and menus.
- Assist in managing costs for operational efficiency.

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and established recipes.
- Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation of dishes.
- Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and skills.
- Participate in the creation of new dishes and menues, contributing innovative ideas.
- Assist in managing and controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Chef de Partie Pastry experience in Hotel of same category.
- Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated.
- Experience in the Kitchen sector, or related professional area.
- Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
- Proficiency in Selz PMS Systems required.
