Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and established recipes.
  • Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in the creation of new dishes and menues, contributing innovative ideas.
  • Assist in managing and controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency.
Skills
  • Chef de Partie Pastry experience in Hotel of same category.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated.
  • Experience in the Kitchen sector, or related professional area.
  • Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
  • Proficiency in Selz PMS Systems required.
