Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in Facility Management.
Proactive, innovative, and eager to learn.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Project management skills and knowledge of CMMS.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Effective communicator building relationships.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Assist in monitoring store maintenance KPIs.
Review and approve service quotations.
Coordinate machinery transfers and installations.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Process service call‑out reports.
Provide administrative support for facility management.
Coordinate extraordinary maintenance works.
Support emergency interventions for critical equipment.
Monitor performance and condition of equipment.
