Assistant Restaurant Manager – Training & Appointment – Rome (Full Time)

Gi Group, a leading Italian temporary staffing agency with over 200 branches nationwide, is hiring for its Roadhouse Restaurant client in Rome. Candidates will undergo a one‑year rotating training program across the group’s restaurants in Italy. During training, accommodation and meals are provided by the client.

Upon completion, the successful candidate will become an Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for the following activities:

• Managing staff within various restaurant departments
• Organising work schedules and shifts
• Overseeing inventory and the warehouse
• Preparing and submitting reporting to the head office

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in commercial catering and cost‑accounting management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or university degree
• Full‑time availability, working shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Geographic mobility across Central and Northern Italy
• Personal vehicle

Offer: Direct, fixed‑term contract with the client, aligned with the applicable collective labour agreement, with a prospect of permanent employment.

Addetti e Cassaforte – Scaffali (Part‑Time 24 hrs / Full‑Time) – Rome

Gi Group is looking for enthusiastic and customer‑oriented team members to join the front‑store operations in Rome.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cash handling and transaction processing
• Shelf stocking and merchandise layout
• Assisting customers with purchases

Requirements:

• Availability for part‑time 24‑hour shifts and/or full‑time work
• Flexibility for the 06:00–21:00 working window, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork

• Immediate apprenticeship contract for 3 years
• Initial salary at level 6 of the DMO collective agreement, with potential progression to level 4 upon confirmation
