Responsibilities
Secure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarations
To ensure that all accounting documents and transactions are complying with local law and tax regulations
Responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and fiscal services to meet legislative requirements and support local operations
Responsible for monthly and periodic statutory reporting
Responsible for the preparation of all official reports and tax returns
To perform monthly payroll operations in relation with outsourcing company
To perform various bookkeeping and ad-hoc responsibilities as defined by Business Controller
Involvement in all audit processes : internal and external, preparing reports, statements and reconciliations requested
To provide correct and timely figures and reports and raising red flags when needed
To keep up to date with changes in the accounting and tax regulation, inform the colleagues in all departments involved
To follow internal procedures or other internal rules applicable to this position
To implement accounting procedures in the department
To support other departments with financial and fiscal information
Actively participate and sometimes lead the internal accounting and reporting projects
To use company assets in an efficient and cost-conscious way
Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
Responsible for all credit & collection activities
To improve the KPI in credit & collection
Continuously work for improving efficiency in the accounting department

Technical skill
Very good knowledge of Excel is a must
