A leading sustainability-focused company in Italy is seeking a CSR Manager to drive initiatives in line with its CSR development efforts. The role involves planning, reporting, and executing programs to foster an inclusive culture. Candidates should have robust knowledge of CSR regulations and frameworks, excellent communication skills in English, and experience in managing relationships. This position will enhance the company’s sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement, while providing oversight for CSR activities across integrated companies.

Competenze

• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting requirements.
• Expertise in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

Mansioni

• Develop and report CSR activities, conducting program reviews.
• Act as the focal point for CSR initiatives and build relationships.
• Promote best practices and stay updated on relevant trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and HR for internal engagement.
• Drive annual reporting for shareholders and submission of Ecovadis & UNGC.
• Author PLG’s Annual Sustainability Report.
• Provide feedback to clients on roadmap and action plan.
• Review potential suppliers for CSR risk.

Conoscenze

Proven effectiveness in cross-team projects

Excellent English communication skills

Data analysis via Excel

Experience with carbon accounting
