Desigual China is seeking fashion design talents. The position will be based in Shanghai, China.

• Responsible for seasonal theme creative development and planning for seasonal products, including materials, colors, category strategies, and structural plans.
• Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, analyze accessories information, and conduct market analyses.
• Collaborate with the product director to carry out design planning and production for the new season, utilizing creative abilities.
• Conduct category research and commodity analysis, identify potential needs of core customer groups, and ensure products meet market demand.
• Responsible for seasonal shooting concepts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience with premier fashion clothing brands.
• Exceptional creative ability.
• Strong teamwork spirit and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Vertical mindset with strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, and passion for products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.

€2,500.00 - €3,000.00 per month

Minimum 5 years of working experience preferred.
