1. Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project processes (KPIs and key tasks)
2. Control project costs and budgets
3. Improve internal controls and service quality of energy storage projects
4. Develop process and digital system construction for operations and maintenance
5. Manage key projects related to energy storage services
6. Build and lead cross-cultural teams

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation
2. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex situations effectively
3. Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
4. Minimum of 10 years experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market
5. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills preferred
6. Ability to set team goals, allocate tasks, and foster collaboration
7. Sales experience in the power battery/electrical appliance industry or in new energy sales is preferred
8. Willingness to travel overseas; overseas experience is a plus
