Overview
We are searching for a Global Media Manager for one of our large global clients across our network. This role will deliver excellence in client account leadership and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams around the world, forging strong relationships and supporting them in developing best-in-class media campaigns.
Be the primary point of contact for the brand, owning the entire process and becoming the expert. Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responsiveness. Provide leadership for your direct report and help nurture their development. Work with our cross-functional teams to collaborate on plan structure and implementation.
Responsibilities
Global Coordination
* Work with our markets around the globe for the delivery of client needs.
* Implement existing processes and workflows while keeping our teams accountable for the tasks asked of them.
* Brief local teams on campaigns and provide guidance on what is expected of them for each brief.
* Communicate effectively with teams by leading regular meetings to foster strong relationships.
Client Leadership
* Become a trusted partner for our client by fostering a strong relationship through strong communication and collaboration.
* Take ownership of the brand and provide value for the client through a hands-on approach.
* Have a firm understanding of campaign planning elements such as briefings, responses, role of media, reporting, results in order to guide client discussions.
Attention to Detail
* You will need to be responsible for managing all aspects of the brand globally, from plan development to budget tracking and campaign results.
* This role requires an organized and process-driven individual who can keep track of plans and briefs, while also managing deadlines.
* Work with internal teams in areas of planning, reporting, analytics, measurement.
Qualifications
Professional Experience
* 6+ years of agency experience
* History of managing omnichannel campaigns
* Global/International experience (strongly preferred)
* FMCG Food experience (preferred not required)
* Strategy background
* Prior agency experience preferred; client experience acceptable
Technical Skills
* Understanding of digital media ecosystem
* Microsoft Suite of programs
* Data management (ability to read and interpret data)
* Project management
Team & People Management
* History of managing other individuals
* Team Player; willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done if needed

* English fluency is a must as this is a global role along with Italian
* Spanish is a nice to have
Education
* Bachelor's degree or country equivalent
