Armani Hotel Milan, 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for Content & Communications Specialist ad to join our Sales & Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer service and excellent communication skills.
- Support the Marketing and Communication Manager in promoting the hotel and outlets through all available channels based on strategy
- Support the Marketing and Communication Manager in the creation of hotel promotions, initiatives and similar and in their communications through proprietary B2C and B2B touchpoints (Inroom iPad, Website, newsletter, social media)
- Support the Marketing and Communication Manager with marketing and communication opportunities and collaborations, and influencer collaboration inquiries
- Supervising photo & video shootings (for digital contents)
- Assist the Marketing and Communication Manager in maximizing the hotel media coverage
- Assist with distributing press releases and maintain the press/media database, with national and international contacts
- Monitor direct competitors and trends
- Create on monthly basis dedicated reports and presentations
- Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, at least 2/3 years (background in a communication and creative agency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Fluency in Italian and English. Preferred knowledge of a third language.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated and energetic
- Highly responsive and able to follow‑up on projects and communication in a timely manner
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing) with excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, social media)
- Tools knowledge: InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, WordPress
- Strong creative attitude prone to aesthetics and content creation.
