As part of the Management team and reporting directly to the Owner, you will beresponsible for leading the effective daily operational management of the hotel services. Youwill be supervising and coordinating the Heads of Department to drive efficiency of services,achieving and exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
Main duties :
Drive the team and the daily operations to provide the most memorable customerexperience and to achieve the expected targets;
Address any customer concerns and foster a service recovery culture to drivecustomer loyalty;
Assist the development of meaningful and achievable hotel budgets and other shortand long term hotel strategic goals;
Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and to the rest of theteam members to ensure targets are met and exceeded while maintaining highengagement and motivation;
Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments inorder to meet and exceed guest expectations;
Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and resultsare analyzed regularly to identify opportunities and drive appropriate actions toachieve efficiencies;
Hold regular briefings and meetings with the HOD team to maintain and foster anenvironment to share guidance / feed-back and seek inputs from the team to improveboth the staff and the customer experience.
Requirements :
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent;
Previous experience as Director of Operations / Hotel Manager matured in five starsproperties;
Substantial background in Food and Beverage and Room Division Management;
Strong leadership skills;
Problem solving and proactivity;
Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
Knowledge of the hotel property management systems;
Excellent standing and communication skills;
Solid knowledge of English language (knowledge of other foreign languages will behighly regarded).
