An international customer support firm is looking for a Marketing Customer Support Representative proficient in Italian and English. The successful candidate will focus on B2B customer support through email and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, managing queries across channels, and educating advertisers. The position offers a base salary of €1,000, meal allowances, health insurance, and potential bonuses for meeting performance metrics.

- Italian at C1/Near-native level.
- English at B2 level or higher.
Responsabilités
- Provide B2B customer support via email and chat.
- Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
