Descrizione del Lavoro: Senior Quality Evaluator presso Concentrix, Vimercate

Concentrix Italia è alla ricerca di un Quality Analyst esperto in Qualità e Formazione con un background nel settore BFSI. Questa posizione è a tempo determinato - contratto di 6 mesi con Concentrix Italia

Responsabilità del ruolo:

  • Il Senior Quality Evaluator è responsabile del monitoraggio e della valutazione delle chiamate in entrata e/o in uscita e di altri metodi di contatto con i clienti (es. email, chat) per garantire l'accuratezza e il rispetto degli standard di qualità stabiliti. Questa posizione supporta l'output nella valutazione degli standard di qualità, fornendo approfondimenti ai clienti per contribuire al miglioramento delle prestazioni del programma.
  • Monitorare, valutare e/o controllare un campione di chiamate in entrata e/o in uscita e altri metodi di contatto, inclusi chat ed email.
  • Soddisfare i requisiti di produttività dipartimentali (es. numero di chiamate monitorate al mese, numero di email valutate, ecc.) e riferire i risultati delle valutazioni alle parti interessate aziendali appropriate (Leadership Qualità, Team di Consegna, Cliente, Gestione Account e partner dell'Unità Risorse).
  • Partecipare a sessioni di calibrazione/ascolto delle chiamate con il personale della Qualità, la Consegna, e i clienti per garantire la coerenza delle valutazioni e le migliori pratiche.
  • Partecipare ad audit di qualità interni (es. audit periodici dei processi esistenti per determinare il controllo e l'efficienza dei processi) progettati per migliorare la qualità complessiva dei contatti e raccomandare cambiamenti.
  • Mantenere una solida base di conoscenze del programma; comprensione di base dei prodotti, servizi e/o strategie del programma del cliente.
  • Partecipare a task force di qualità con le parti interessate aziendali (Leadership Qualità, Operazioni, Cliente, Gestione Account e partner dell'Unità Risorse); completare il tempo telefonico per rimanere aggiornati sui programmi (se applicabile).
  • Contribuire al mantenimento di documenti di moduli e legende.
  • Supportare la gestione nell'attenzione alla revisione dei fattori chiave, metriche e processi operativi (inclusa la Formazione) che guidano gli Scorecard Bilanciati e il raggiungimento dei obiettivi di redditività.

Esperienza Richiesta:

  • Esperienza nel Servizio Clienti, Valutazione della Qualità e Formazione.
  • Conoscenza del settore del servizio clienti bancario - KWC - Antiriciclaggio.
  • Fluente in inglese.
  • Forte attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di comunicazione.
  • Competente in Microsoft Office.
  • Esperienza con KPI di Revisione della Qualità - Materiali delle classi di formazione.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare presso la sede di Vimercate.
