A dynamic fintech company is seeking an HR leader to drive growth in the Italian market. You will be responsible for developing specific strategies for market entry and expansion while tailoring global products to meet local culture and regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build a local community around COCA’s crypto products. Candidates must be located in Italy and will work closely with a global team in a remote capacity.

This is a high-impact entrepreneurial role for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and real impact. You’ll be running COCA’s Italian market, driving growth, building community, and shaping our presence locally. Low fixed base, uncapped upside, directly tied to MAU growth, card activations (FTDs), and market traction.

COCA is redefining digital banking by combining the stability of a stablecoin-native platform with the flexibility of modern banking and crypto services. Our mission is to make managing, spending, and earning crypto assets seamless, secure, and rewarding.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute country-specific GTM driving market entry and expansion (utilising community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, campaigns).
• Localize product: Tailor global product and strategies to fit local culture, regulations, and economic conditions (through paid marketing, referrals/affiliates/IBs, community engagement, partnerships)
• Community Building: Foster a strong and engaged local community around COCA’s crypto card product.
• Navigate regulations: Understand regulations and make sure COCA operates compliantly.
• Representation: Serve as the company’s face to local partners, and users.
• Growth OKR: Drive MAU and card FTDs.
• Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams for local activation, features, campaigns, and referral mechanisms.
• Strong business acumen (finance, marketing, sales).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of local business practices, culture, and political landscape.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep involvement in the local crypto community (own networks is a plus).

Location & Remote

• Candidate must be located in Italy.
• Work closely with our global team remotely.
