Overview

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Italian Speaker

Department: Sales

Company: Leading Technology Company

Location: Remote (within Portugal)

Start Date: 5th June 2025

Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)

Work Model: Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)

Work Schedule

Shifts: Monday to Saturday including bank holidays between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off: Sunday, 1 rotational day off per week

Salary & Compensation

Base Salary: 1024 per 14 months

Performance Bonus: 225 per 12 months

Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 months

Allowances & Benefits

Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day

Transport Allowance: 20 per month

Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required) free after 6 months

Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist youll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. Youll handle inquiries manage reservations resolve technical issues and ensure every interaction aligns with the companys high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat and social media.
• Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs.
