We are looking for Software Engineers specialized in Ruby/C# to work on the Dropsuite data backup and recovery product.

You will be part of a global team of product engineers delivering a SaaS platform, focusing on backup solutions for our partners, including backup, archive, restore, and download functionalities.

You will collaborate closely with our Software Engineers and Leads to deliver quality features, provide fixes, and support product improvements.

• Full-time position
• Hybrid work model (2 days in the office per week)
• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule
• Reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

This position is open exclusively to candidates authorized to work in Indonesia. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

• Develop and test software in Ruby/C#
• Write efficient, bug-free, robust, and testable code
• Work on the Backup product and maintain it
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and share status updates
• Deliver high-impact solutions independently
• Research and document new areas clearly
• Create detailed technical documentation

• 2 to 5 years of software development experience
• Experience with Ruby scripting and Ruby on Rails/Padrino
• Golang experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, SQL, and cloud technologies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain initiatives and updates
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, dependable
• Experience working with global teams is a plus
• High adaptability to change
