Job description

Build and manage daily/weekly/monthly content plans (IG, TikTok, YouTube).

Monitor trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.

Manage posting schedules & ensure consistent brand presence.

Support social media campaigns from planning to execution.

Collaborate with design, production & marketing teams.

Engage with followers to grow community & brand loyalty.

Track performance using analytics tools & propose improvements.

Maintain consistent brand voice & visual identity.

Prepare weekly performance reports & action plans.

Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year experience managing social media (IG, TikTok, YouTube).

Strong understanding of trends, algorithms & engagement strategies.

Able to create content calendars, campaign ideas & posting plans.

Good copywriting skills with strong brand-voice awareness.

Basic skills in design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, VN = advantage).

Familiar with performance analytics (IG Insights, TikTok Analytics).

Creative, proactive, trend-aware & deadline-driven.

Strong communication & teamwork.

Experience in F&B/Retail/FMCG is a plus.
