1. Has in-depth knowledge of computer languages, operating systems, and DBMS.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Passionate about software development.
4. Proficiency in .Net/JAVA, HTML, and JSP/ASP.
5. Strong knowledge of software development projects.
6. Application design knowledge in C#.Net, AJAX.
7. Familiar with JavaScript and C# language, with experience in developing web applications.
8. Experience in handheld application development for various platforms (Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile).
9. Experience in management and development (T-SQL, Stored Procedure, Trigger, etc.) in MS SQL Server database.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
11. Knowledge of SQL profiling tools (SQL Profiler) to help in identifying slow SQL queries.
