Provide technical leadership and actively contribute to the development of the Tech team. Oversee development and operational activities across multiple platforms, especially web. Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of existing systems and technology infrastructure. Contribute directly to the development, implementation, and evaluation of technical projects aligned with business goals. Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions. Maintain and continuously improve existing projects and technology systems. Identify technical risks, system vulnerabilities, upgrade needs, and opportunities for improvement. Propose strategic technical solutions and recommend new tools, systems, or software when needed. Ensure reported technical issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Coordinate with external vendors or partners to support technical and operational needs when required.
