One of our clients is seeking a highly organized and proactive Performance Marketing Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring efficient and accurate responses. In this role, you will manage client marketing accounts, oversee ad operations, and drive the success of various digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies, optimize campaigns, and deliver high-quality results aligned with client goals.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions, requests, and issues.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and manage client marketing accounts, including automation setups, process management, and ad hoc tasks. Ensure all campaign activities are executed in line with client expectations, internal standards, and SOPs.
- Targeted Campaign Execution: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
- Platform Optimization: Maintain and optimize marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify innovative strategies that maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Cross-Department Support: Provide marketing support and coordination across various internal departments as needed for initiatives.
- Market Research & Segmentation: Conduct ongoing market research and audience segmentation to refine campaign targeting and content strategies.
- Lead Generation: Oversee the creation and implementation of lead generation strategies and related content tailored to client needs.
- Marketing Automation: Set up and manage marketing automation systems to streamline client workflows and enhance lead nurturing.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Consolidate data from various platforms, generating actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and campaign performance.
