Site Finance & Compliance Leader (Manufacturing)
Job summary
A global healthcare company in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta seeks a Finance & Controlling Manager to oversee financial compliance for manufacturing. You will lead financial forecasting, manage month-end closing, and collaborate with diverse teams to enhance performance. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 5 years in FP&A, and have strong leadership skills. This role demands fluency in English and local language, with experienced use of SAP ERP and MS Office.
Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in FP&A Manager role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English and local language for effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial forecasting and monthly closing processes.
- Lead financial analysis and propose action plans for improvement.
- Support site projects with financial data and compliance checks.
