Technical Sales Manager specialties – East Area is responsible to develop sales turn over and market share of the company and manage new business development of specialties product (expansion of products and customers portfolio) in the respective regions to achieve the sales growth and revenue goals by understanding technical challenges and providing solutions, prospecting and consulting with new customers, develop innovative and effective sales strategies and engagement techniques etc.
Responsibilities
Responsible to perform sales activities and selected technical services to generate revenues and ensure payment collections
Responsible to explore the actual needs based on primary problems identified in the customers (feed mills, self mixer farms and integrators) prior to recommend solutions on basic concerns, to involve key experts and resources for bigger issues, and to communicate compiled solutions to the customers.
Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, building connection, providing technical information and advice, promoting, presenting, and demonstrating our products and services
Build and maintain strong positive relationship with existing customers as well as with new customers included
In charge of monitoring, coordinating, and compiling document of feeds and animal performance data in coordination with Technical Department to generate results and testimonials from customers as proof of performance.
Responsible to collect market intelligent/dynamics in the respective region
Close cooperation with the Technical Department and also maintaining cross-functional relationships with Supply Chain department, Credit and Collection Department, and Marketing Department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in veterinary, animal nutrition, or animal husbandry
Have minimum 5 years technical sales experience in specialties product
Resides in East Java area
Have strong commercial attitude motivated by results/result driven
Able and willing to working independently to achieve the objectives
Have excellent technical sales related to specialties products
Able to build and maintain good relationship with existing and new customers
Having strong network and connection in integrator, commercial farms and feed mills.
Excellent in managing reports, presentations, and handling customers complaints
Proficient using Microsoft office program
Able to communicate, written and spoken, both in English and Bahasa
Having a valid Car Driving license (SIM A)
