Job Description

This position has responsible to support daily operation of the autogate system by handling incidents, technical troubleshooting and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Monitor and maintain the Autogate system, including workstations, sensors, gates, cameras, and related infrastructure. Make an initial clarification and forward matters requiring system-level action to designated personnel
  • Provide first-level technical support to users and stakeholders for Autogate issues.
  • Monitor equipment status and operational autogate system, e troubleshoot and resolve hardware faults in the Autogate system in a timely.
  • Assist in emergency or manual gate operations according to established procedures, under the supervision designated person.
  • Coordinate with internal and external party to facilitate smooth operations, service providers for system upgrades, repairs, and support.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups for the Autogate system and related components.
  • Maintain operational records of document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a knowledge base or ticketing system.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with min. GPA 3.00
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably with exposure to access control or automation systems (e.g., Autogate, barrier gates, RFID, CCTV)
  • Knowledge of hardware maintenance and basic electronics related to gate automation systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work on-site and perform standby/on-call duties if required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
