Job description

Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Plan and organize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and space utilization.

Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet delivery deadlines.

Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees to maintain high performance.

Address and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks promptly.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
