About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the team at Frontier Group. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimising sales processes to drive revenue and cement our position as a market leader.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data‑driven initiatives to improve sales performance
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales‑related policies and procedures

  • Have experience working as Sales Project in Furniture, Sanitary, Interior Design, Building Material or similar
  • Having wide networking with hotels, property, residence, developer, etc

  • Ability to work in a team or individually
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Targets
  • Develop and meet sales targets for public training programs, including participant numbers and revenue goals.
  • Generate and Convert Leads
  • Identify potential individual and corporate clients, manage the sales pipeline, and convert leads into participants.
  • Plan and Execute Sales Campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Deliver Effective Sales Communication
  • Create and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and product knowledge to prospective clients.
  • Maintain Client Relationships
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with the program, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless training experience.
  • Monitor and Report Performance
  • Track sales performance, analyse trends, and provide regular reports to improve strategy and execution.

Work Schedule:

Job Description
  • Manage overall sales performance through effective business plan development and execution.
  • Set individual and team sales targets to achieve company objectives.
  • Track sales goals and regularly report performance results to management.
  • Supervise and guide the Sales Team in daily sales activities and performance.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and motivate the sales team through coaching, counseling, and product knowledge training.
  • Promote the company’s services and brand to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Proven experience in sales planning and strategy implementation.
  • Skilled in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Merchandising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of product display and promotional strategies in the field, while supporting sales target achievement through visual merchandising implementation, product training, and coordination with the marketing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all promotional programs are properly implemented across all channel.
  • Ensure product displays are attractive, consistent and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Actively participate in Visual Merchandising execution for major campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Conduct regular checks to maintain visual merchandising standards throughout all outlets.
  • Analyze the impact of promotional and visual merchandising strategies on sales performance.
  • Provide feedback and improvement recommendations based on outlet and product performance data.
  • Together with HR, to develop training materials covering product knowledge, promotional techniques and competitor analysis. For new products or specific product training, we need you to directly deliver the training to our Sales Associates and frontline teams to ensure they understand product advantages and how to sale them.
  • Together with Marketing, to design and execute campaigns relevant to market needs and ensure campaigns run according to standards, including promotional materials, Point of Sale Materials (PSOM) and visual execution.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and distribution channels for new or specific products as dedicated projects, in collaboration with other departments to drive market penetration.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or trade marketing as a manager (retail experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor degree from related field, such as: Marketing, Economy, Business, etc.
  • Willing to conduct regular visits to outlets.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Result oriented with strong analytical skills in evaluating sales performance.
  • Capable of developing training materials regarding products and delivering effective product education.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising principles and product or brand activation.
  • Able to process and analysing data, at least using Ms Excel.
  • Proficient in using project management tools.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Willing to be placed for on site job at BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
