Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will be responsible for production processes and involved in continuous improvement projects. The Production Engineer will work with engineers and technicians to ensure machinery operationability, also improve manufacturing processes and safety.

- Bachelor's degree of Metallurgy/Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Proven experience as an Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in industrial settings.
- Willing to/ comfortable working at Cikarang
