Research & Development Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products, selecting appropriate raw materials and compositions.
• Conduct formula trials on laboratory and production scales.
• Monitor the stability of formulations under various conditions throughout the defined shelf-life.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Control and Production teams to resolve production challenges and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and present regular reports to Department Heads and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the home care or detergent industry is highly preferred.
